TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Long term registration fee: 20,000 THB per child to be paid once at enrollment time.

  • Short term registration fee: 10,000 THB per child to be paid once at enrollment time.

  • This fee does not apply to Day Care enrollments and is nonrefundable should you decide not to join after payment have been received.

  • Material fee: 6,000 THB per academic year for Year 1 & 2 classes and 3,000 THB for Nursery and Pre-school. This amount is invoiced in September or anytime upon registration. 25% of this amount will be charged for short term enrollments.

  • All fees must be paid before your child can start school.

  • Families with more than one child enrolled will receive a 10% discount on tuition fees for the second child and all subsequent children from the same family.

  • Families willing to pay for 3 months in advance will be granted an extra 5% discount on tuition fees.

  • The fees stated are fully inclusive of food, additional scheduled classes of Chinese, Dance, Gymnastics, Music, Drama and all academic teaching.

  • Children receive breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks at school.

  • Payment of fees is expected at the beginning of the month. Invoices are sent out on the 26th of each month and should be paid latest by the 1st of the month.

  • Late payment exceeding 2 weeks will result in a penalty fee of 100 THB per day.

  • The monthly fee is payable irrespective of days taken off during the month for personal reasons. There is no reimbursement given for sick days taken.

  • Once you have enrolled and paid the first month’s fees, refunds are not possible.

  • After school care (from 3pm to 5pm) is given at a rate of 200 THB per hour and should be arranged through the administration office only.

  • On our enrollment form there is a section that requires your signature indicating your agreement to adhere to our payment policy.

  • Extra activities like school trips or after school clubs will be added to the monthly invoice and are to be paid in advance.

  • Once enrolled, if you wish to take your child out of school for a trip exceeding one month, we can keep your place at school with a 25% payment of your monthly tuition fees. Please inform us at least 2 weeks in advance.
